AI Transparency Notice
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This notice explains how Expelcleansing.ddd ("we", "us", "our") uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems on this website. It supports our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and emerging 2026 expectations for algorithmic transparency.
1. Purpose of This Notice
We believe users should know when content or interactions involve AI. This page describes what is automated, what is human-reviewed, and how your data may be processed by third-party AI tools we rely on.
2. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Images
Illustrative photographs and lifestyle images displayed on this site (including hero collages and section visuals in the image/ folder) may be created wholly or partly using generative AI tools. These images are used for editorial and illustrative purposes only — they do not depict real individuals, specific clinical outcomes, or guaranteed environments.
Where an image is AI-generated or substantially AI-edited, it is labelled in alternative text where practicable and disclosed here collectively. AI-generated visuals are not evidence of product results, interior installations, or personal wellbeing outcomes.
3. AI-Assisted Written Content
Educational articles, FAQs, event descriptions, and policy drafts on this website may be drafted or refined with AI writing tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed by a human editor before publication. AI does not make final decisions about health-related claims, and content remains general lifestyle information only — not professional or medical advice.
4. Contact Form — No AI Consultation
Our contact form does not use an AI chatbot, automated counselling tool, or algorithmic advice engine. Messages are received by our team and reviewed by a human. You will not receive automated AI-generated personalised planning guides through this channel.
If we introduce AI-assisted reply tools in future (for example, routing or summarising enquiries), we will update this notice and our Privacy Policy before activation and explain how your data is used.
5. Analytics and Marketing Tools
With your cookie consent, analytics or marketing partners may use automated processing, including machine-learning models, to measure traffic or campaign performance. We do not use these tools to profile you for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. See our Cookie Policy to manage preferences.
6. Automated Decision-Making
We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect your rights or interests. If this changes, we will inform you under APP 1 (open and transparent management) and APP 5 (notification at collection), describe the logic involved, and explain how to request human review where required by law.
7. Data Used by AI Systems
Personal information you submit (name, email, message) is not fed into public generative AI models for training. If we use AI tools to process internal workflows, we configure them to minimise personal data input and require provider contractual safeguards. Details are in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- Ask whether a specific piece of content was AI-generated or AI-assisted.
- Request access to personal information we hold about you (APP 12).
- Request correction of inaccurate information (APP 13).
- Withdraw cookie consent for analytics or marketing that may involve automated profiling.
- Lodge a complaint with the OAIC if you believe we have handled information unfairly.

9. Changes
AI capabilities evolve quickly. We will update this notice when our use of AI materially changes. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
